SIETAR India is a nonprofit association of educators, researchers and trainers from a wide range of practical and academic disciplines who share a common interest in the intercultural field
SIETAR holds Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) status with the United Nations and the Council of Europe.
SIETAR India’s international conferences, held in different Indian cities each time, are the highlight of its activities. They draw participants from all over the world and India in order to push the envelop on intercultural topics of relevance to the corporate, academic and research sectors.
Launched in January 2020 prior to the pandemic, Sietar India decided to take its learning events online, to serve its global and local audience. We have conducted highly successful and appreciated webinars thus far.
Our newsletters are published once every quarter and are circulated to our data base consisting of more than 800 persons. It is also sent out to other national chapters of the SIETAR network in the world. In line with our mission, this is a forum for people of various backgrounds and disciplines with an interest in the intercultural field to share, contribute and exchange.
